Fundim Gjepali's menu changes with the succession of the seasons but is always follows a simple rule: "the dishes must be greedy: they must remember the feeling you had when you were child, when you saw a cake and could not resist. My secret is this: good, simple and tasty dishes. Always."

CELLAR

The cellar of the Antico Arco winds in a space taken from the ancient catacombs of San Pancrazio. An underground with a constant and controlled temperature, is an ideal place for the storage of bottles and allows the sommelier to serve the wines in optimal conditions. The vast international offer of Antico Arco wine list now includes 1,200 fine labels carefully selected by expert sommeliers who are happy to guide, perhaps surprise guests in the choice of wine, for a satisfying combination with the dishes on the menu.
