Tasting experiences have always been an integral part of our identity. For years, we offered them on a monthly basis, creating anticipated and well-attended occasions; today we resume this journey with renewed energy, reviving the spirit that made them a distinctive moment in our history.

Around these gatherings, a true community of wine lovers has grown, curious and knowledgeable enthusiasts who share the pleasure of discovery and exchange.
Each evening welcomes 40–50 guests in a convivial and engaging atmosphere, guided directly by the producers or winemakers, who share the stories of their wines, territories, and production choices with authenticity and depth.

The pairing with the cuisine is at the heart of the experience: each dish is designed to engage in dialogue with the wines, enhance their nuances, and create a harmonious journey in which wine and gastronomy elevate one another.
