Fundim Gjepali, was born in 1981 in Shijak, Albania. His early introduction to the world of food originated from his family’s traditional business and thus inspired Fundim to work raw materials with his own hands. Experiences in restaurants in Spain and France – then, from 1999, in Italy – confirmed his culinary vocation. He brought these experiences with him when he joined the Antico Arco staff in 2008.
Natural talent, open-mindedness, accumulated technical expertise and a great respect for the very best of ingredients allow this young chef to work with his keen and strong team to create an excellent all-round dining experience.
