Sea bass with Cantabrian anchovies, ‘puntarelle’ and fennel crumble


Beef fillet, mustard grains, juniper sauce and sautéed potatoes


Iced mojito


Puff pastry with ‘panettone’ and berries chantilly cream


Toast with Champagne to greet the New Year in our restaurant or from the very close viewpoint from which you can see the fireworks on the entire city


And after the midnight toast.......the Italian tradition: Lentils and Sausage In Italy, during the New Year celebration, lentils symbolise coins, consuming them at midnight means plenty of money in the New Year!!
