Our history

The restaurant "Antico Arco" is located at the top of the Colle del Gianicolo, in front of the Arch of Porta San Pancrazio. Here, next to one of the most fascinating panoramas of Rome, Patrizia Mattei, Maurizio Minore and Domenico Caliò, united from the passion for good food, gave life to a place of taste that since 1996 continues to be a reference point for a solid Roman cuisine, synthesis of classicism and creativity. A kitchen that every day offers its best in a sought location, on two floors and with 5 connecting rooms to accommodate about one hundred and twenty seats, embellished with a well-stocked cellar, further pride of the restaurant with 1200 different labels.

The figure of Chef Fundim Gjepali joined the solid founding trio of the historic restaurant and fully embraced the culinary philosophy of the Antico Arco succeeding in adding his personal touch with ability. mark.
