Foie gras escalope, figs bread and pomegranate


Homemade ravioli of aged Parmigiano cheese, yolk sauce and white truffle


Risotto with Apulia red shrimps, toasted almonds, mandarin and thyme gel


Boneless quail cooked “alla diavola”, paprika, turnip greens and black truffles


Quaglia disossata alla diavola, paprika, cime di rapa e tartufo nero


Iced Mojito


Bohemien (dark chocolate biscuit, pear and assenzio gel, walnut gelato)


Toast with Champagne Brut Carte Or di Claude Cazals, to greet the new year in our restaurant or from the very close viewpoint from which you can see the fireworks on the entire city


And after the midnight toast.......the Italian tradition: Lentils and Sausage In Italy, during the New Year celebration, lentils symbolise coins, consuming them at midnight means plenty of money in the New Year!!
