Antico Arco’s young, cosmopolitan staff is led by a chef who is the perfect expression of a fusion of styles based on exclusively Mediterranean ingredients.

Fundim Gjepali, was born 32 years ago in Shijak, Albania. His early introduction to the world of food originated form his family’s traditional business and thus inspired Fundim to work raw materials with his own hands. Experiences in restaurants in Spain and France – then, from 1999, in Italy – confirmed his culinary vocation. He brought these experiences with him when he joined the Antico Arco staff in 2008.

Natural talent, open-mindedness, accumulated technical expertise and a great respect for the very best of ingredients allow this young chef to work with his keen and strong team to create an excellent all-round dining experience.
